Reusable instruments

7-step sterilization cycle

Every reusable instrument goes through a rigorous complete cycle before being used again.

Pre-soaking

Instruments are immediately placed in a disinfecting solution after use.

Ultrasonic cleaning

Removal of microscopic debris through ultrasonic vibrations.

Rinsing and drying

Careful preparation of instruments for sterilization.

Individual packaging

Each instrument is placed in a sealed pouch with indicator.

Autoclave (134°C)

High-pressure steam sterilization in a class B autoclave.

Yes, for many items (gloves, masks, bibs, tips, wires, elastics). Reusable instruments go through our complete 7-step sterilization cycle.

Complete disinfection of all surfaces, changing of protective covers, preparation of fresh sterile instruments, and renewal of air in the treatment room.
