Neuromodulator treatment is not recommended for patients who have one or more of the following conditions:
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive
- You have neuromuscular disorders such as multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, Eaton-Lambert syndrome, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), or any other similar condition.
- Presence of neurological disorders
- History of hypertrophic or keloid scarring
- Severe blood clotting disorders
- History of severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) to bee or wasp stings, or to milk
- Known allergy to hyaluronic acid
